Jorma Hakanen is the Head of Client Services at Research Insight Finland. His specialisms are marketing strategy, brand positioning and concept/product development. He provides full research services to clients including questionnaire and sample design, survey testing and fielding, analysis of research results, focus grouping, and implementation of findings to clients.
